This is the best presentation on SaaS strategies that I’ve EVER MADE, and I promise you will leave with at least 3 actionable tips on how to improve your business.

Now, let’s jump into today’s issue 👇

🚀 Social proof right beside the CTA boosts conversions

Long gone are the days of placing your testimonials at the bottom of your page.

Customers need faster reassurance.

Testimonials are one of the most effective ways to build trust, shorten sales cycles, and boost conversions in B2B marketing.

Why not just place them near the element where the buy-in intent is the highest?

💛 Example 1 - Trustmary

Trustmary placed a customer review inside their hero section, maximizing trust and clicks towards the Get Started CTA.

Here’s another example, this time inside a popup.

💡 Pro tip: Include the most natural testimonial you can find. The more natural it looks, the better it converts.

💜 Example 2 - Senja

Senja added a wall of testimonials on their sign-up page.

Great move, as they’re reinforcing the sign-up decision right at the moment where sign-up intent is the highest.

🧪 Why this works?

People tend to follow the actions of others, especially when uncertain.

When a potential customer sees a testimonial right next to the CTA, it signals that others have acted and found success, which reduces hesitation and builds trust in that exact moment.

This proximity leverages social proof at the critical decision-making moment, reducing hesitation and enhancing trust.

💎 How to implement?

Focus on real-time reassurance.

Strategically place your most “organic” testimonials next to CTA buttons on key conversion pages such as landing or pricing.

Make sure the testimonial is visually integrated, includes a name and photo if possible, and highlights a specific benefit or transformation.
